We understand that sometimes you want to change your mind. Please note that we work hard to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. If you would like to cancel your order, we ask that you do so immediately otherwise it may already be in the mail on its way to you!! Thank you for your understanding!

We accept returns for EXCHANGE ONLY.
- We accept returns items for exchange within 15 days of you receiving your order.
- Any product received without notice or outside the 15 day allowance will not be honoured.
- In the event we choose to honour the return outside the 15 day policy, the store credit amount is subject to a $10 restocking fee.
- Merchandise must be in unwashed/unworn condition, without scent and free of any pet hair.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
- Any shipping costs incurred will not be reimbursed.
- Customer is also responsible for the shipping costs both ways with your exchange.
Please contact us immediately if your product is defective,
and take a picture!
INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXCHANGE:
- Email: email@example.com to notify us of an exchange.
- We will then send you the address for your return.
- Order your exchange item first, once we receive your returned item and have ensured it meets all return criteria, we will issue you a refund.
- Unfortunately, if the product appears to have been washed, worn or has pet hair, we will not be able to issue you a refund. The item will not be eligible for resale.
- You may also request a return label. We will issue you the label, but the costs incurred will be taken off of your refund amount or store credit.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds/store credits to be issued
- You can expect your oder to be shipped out within 1-3 business days (this does not apply to orders containing any pre-order items.
Important update regarding COVID-19 timelines. During this time, we advise that Canada Post has issued a statement regarding parcel delays. There may be delays with your order, as guaranteed shipping times are not possible. Once we
have your order shipped, it is no longer within our power to rush your order.
IS MY PACKAGE LOST?
In the event that your package does not arrive within a reasonable time, we will start an investigation with Canada Post. We will provide you with a ticket number for reference. Tickets with Canada Post take up to 15 business days to resolve. Once we can confirm your package is lost, you will receive a refund. Unfortunately, this process cannot be rushed.
