Refund policy

Return Policy - Your happiness is important to us, please read this policy carefully to ensure you have an excellent shopping experience. 

• Return for store credit ONLY. 
• We accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.(Please allow up to 10 business days for your store credit to be issued) 
• In order to ship items back AFTER the 15 day cut-off you MUST obtain approval via email: info@gatheredingrace.ca - there WILL be a $10 restocking fee. 
• Merchandise must be in unwashed/unworn condition and free of any pet hair and perfumes. 
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. 
• Any shipping costs incurred will NOT be reimbursed. 
• Customer is also responsible for the shipping costs BOTH ways with an exchange. 
• Please contact us immediately if your product is defective, and take a picture! We will do our best to make it RIGHT! 
• If you received a defective item in error, and it is fixable, and you would like to still keep the item - we will only offer 10% back in a refund or store credit. Otherwise, you may chose to send then item back, and we will provide a shipping label. We will issue a full refund of the price paid at the time off your order. 

Exchanges are to completed in this order:

• Place another order online with any/all replacement pieces you would like to exchange for.
